Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport departure terminals
The departure flights are operated in all 4 existing terminals (Terminal 1, Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4).
Terminal 1: this terminal hosts boarding gated from 1 to 7, from 9 to 12 and from 14 to 16. Here, on the departure level, passengers may enjoy the benefits of the Day room, VIP lounge area, duty-free and cafes. Terminal 1, however, serves only foreign carriers coming into the Manila International Airport operated by Air China, Alitalia, Asiana Airlines, China Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, EVA Air, Gulf Air, JAL, Korean Air, Oman Air, Philippine Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Saudia, UNI Air, Malaysia Airlines (for both departures and arrivals).
Terminal 2 (Centennial Terminal): this terminal serves all domestic and international flights operated by the Philippine Airlines and PAL Express only. Terminal 2 is divided into North and South sides, for international and domestic flights respectively. Each wing has 2 levels: departure hall is located on the 2nd one, together with Check-in and Boarding Areas; 12 aerobridges are available to provide a connection between the terminal and the plane. Main airlines operating within the terminal are All Nippon Airways - ANA, China Airlines, Etihad Airways, Garuda Indonesia, Malaysia Airlines(for both departures and arrivals), PAL Express, Philippine Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, and Xiamen Airlines.
Terminal 3: this terminal is considered as the newest and the largest one of the Manila International Airport. It hosts flights operated mainly by Dutch Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, Cathay Pacific Airways, KLM Royal, Air Canada, Air Asia, Delta Air Lines, Malaysia Airlines(for arrivals only), Emirates Airline, All Nippon Air (ANA), and Singapore Airlines. Departure area has five entrances with 18 X-Ray machines. The terminal currently has 140 check-in desks and 24 gates, that allowed to increase the capacity of the terminal to over 13 million passengers annually. The terminal is divided into 4 separate levels, the departure hall is located on the 2nd floor together with the ticketing board.
Terminal 4: also known as the Old Domestic Terminal, it is the oldest on out of all existing terminals, was built in 1948. Mainly operates domestic flights held by Skyjet, Philippines AirAsia, and Cebgo. The departure area has the capacity of around 969 guests at a time.
